1. Data We Collect

We collect your email address and name when you register. When you use the rewrite feature, your input text is sent to our servers for processing and is not stored beyond the rewrite operation unless you have enabled rewrite history.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your text is processed server-side using a large language model to produce rewritten output. We do not use your text to train AI models. Usage counts are stored to enforce daily quotas.

3. Data Retention

Your rewrites are not kept. The text you submit is sent to the model, returned to you, and not written to our store. What we do keep is the daily and lifetime count of how many rewrites you have made, which is what enforces the limit. You may request full data deletion at any time by contacting us at privacy@anystack.tech.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website uses no cookies. It stores your authentication tokens in your browser’s localStorage, which persists until you sign out or clear your browser data — it is not cleared when you close the browser. The Chrome extension uses chrome.storage.session instead, which is cleared when the browser session ends.

5. Third Parties

We use AWS Cognito for authentication, and Amazon Bedrock to run the model that rewrites your text. Cognito never receives your rewrite text. There is no payment processor, because there is nothing to pay for.

6. APPI & GDPR

We comply with Japan's Act on Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the EU/EEA. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data.
